Secretary's Note: Draft Amendments Approved At The 2023 General Membership Meeting

The following changes for revision were approved by the attendees of the 2023 General Membership Meeting.

There were 8 change categories: 

1. Housekeeping - capitalizes all proper nouns across the document. 
2. Changes name of physical plant fund to Capital fund where ever it occurs across the document.
3. Removes outdated process for Proxy Voting 4.6 ON A FORM PROVIDED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
4. Removes outdated process for Nominations 4.6 The statement of intention to run or nomination filed with the Secretary shall be accompanied by a written statement of qualifications for the Board of Stewards of no more than one page.
5. Removes the word email for Emergency Meetings 6.4 and adds electronic method to also cover texts and Basecamp communications.
6. Updates to current practice: adds the word electronically to Secretary 7.4 for keeping of records.
7. Updates to current practice: adds General Manager to Audit 8.8 as authorized to contract the annual fiscal review.
8. Updates to current practice for Inventory 8.9 from 12 to a minimum of every 6 months.
