This track change document shows the minor and major changes (in red) together with where sections were moved (in green). All seven major changes will be presented as separate amendments.
The Non-Fundamental changes amendment comprises all minor changes. The 7 Fundamental Amendments comprise all major changes.
The additional Amendment will be to amend the Certificate of Incorporation (COI) to allow proxy voting on ballots before the Membership should the membership vote to allow it in the Bylaws.
